Help Us Improve Emergency Care in Newham
We want to ensure everyone using ambulance services gets the best possible care. This survey aims to better understand your experience around using urgent care services, including, but not limited to, the Ambulance Service.
We will ask questions based on your patient journey, and by taking part, you will help shape NHS services to make them better for local people. Healthwatch will share what they learn from the survey responses with the London Ambulance Service.
This survey is anonymous (no one will see any of your personal information); but if you wish, you will have the option to leave us your name and contact details, in case you want to keep in touch this is so we can let you know the outcome of the research and give you the opportunity to be involved in designing future services. This will be stored separately from your survey answers.
