Summary

We have continued to focus on gathering valuable feedback from local residents, particularly those accessing maternity and dentistry services. This feedback is vital in helping to shape the services and policies that affect our community.
Despite facing challenges, including staffing changes, the team has demonstrated resilience and adaptability. We have expanded our volunteer programme, providing more opportunities for local individuals to get involved and contribute to our mission. Through our ongoing collaboration with the local NHS Trust, we’ve been able to engage with seldom-heard communities and influence decision-making processes.
As we reflect on the past year, we are proud of the work accomplished and look forward to continuing our efforts to improve health and care outcomes for everyone in Newham.
