The number of people being cared for in their own homes is increasing but what should you expect from home care services?

The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) is looking for community leaders to join one of its Advisory Boards on mortality.

Last year 1.1 billion prescription items were dispensed in primary care at a cost of £9.2billion. This cost coupled with finite resources means it is important that the NHS achieves the greatest value from the money that it spends.

We received feedback about the difficulty of accessing NHS appointments and undertook mystery shopping in January and August to investigate this.
